Random Facts: About Raya 2011

I know it's late to talk about this. I was waiting for the pictures from all my family to put in here. But, I still want to talk about it because this Raya has been the most memorable moment for me. :) SO here they are;

30th August 2011

For the first time ever, the whole family went to Masjid At-Taqwa untuk sembahyang Raya. And all the girls in the family are in se'suci' lebaran condition. Hehe. Kagum kan? ;) Wore my favourite telekung yang baru basuh that day. *joget joget* :p

After sembahyang Raya, all of us went to Tanah Perkuburan Kiara to visit my beloved late sis-in-law. And then we went staright to Kiara Park, TTDI for Raya photoshoot. Goldie! Hee. And then masa bersalam-salaman dekat rumah and kutip duit Raya. Nasib baik tak kerja lagi. Dapat lah lagi duit Raya. Teehee. Anyways, this year telah mencatat gambar Raya paling terbanyak. Pening kepala nak pilih weh. Hoho.

This year is our third year Raya in Kuala Lumpur. Dah tak ada kampung dah kita. Sob sob. :( Anyway for me, this year is the best Raya in KL. Main mercun and bunga api ramai-ramai. Terbaik lah sampai dua policemen datang. One of them asked, "Boleh tak main mercun yang tak ada bunyi?" And we were like- Errr....ada ke mercun yang tak ada bunyi? Haha. And second time they came again, all of us went running lintang-pukang. My nephews and nieces semua bising, "Weh cepat-cepat main bunga api!" Haha

Went to watch movie, The Smurf with family on the third day of Raya.

Makan at McD CenterPoint dengan family at night. Dah macam Mamak dah kitorang buat. Hughu-hagha. Haha.

Random

Hari Raya adalah hari menggemukkan perut. So setiap open house, I make sure I'd tried all the food that I like to eat. *Thumbs up*

Celebrated following days of Raya watching horror movies from bro-in-law's external with family. Seronok sangat jerit-jerit tutup-tutup muka dengan bantal beramai-ramai. Hee.

Rasa-rasanya Ramadhan kali ni cepat sangat berlalu. Tapi tapiii rasa-rasa jugak Raya kali ni lama tangat. Hee kita sukaaaa :p

Above all, what I'm trying to say is that this is the best Raya I've had. I spent most of Raya with my whole family. I'm so happy and I love them a lot. <3 But of course, I hope next and next and next Raya would be better and much happier gradually. Cheers~

Being alone

When I stay at home, people would say I don't have a life. When I got out, people would say I go out too much. When I'm alone, people would say I'm a loner. When I'm with my friends, people would say I'm too dependent. Oh well, I'm used to it. It's called life.

1. Bila kita kurus, kita nak gemuk. Bila kita dah gemuk, kita nak kurus pulak? Vice versa.
2. Bila rambut kita straight, kita nak curl kan. Bila rambut kita dah curl, kita nak straight pulak? Vice versa.
3. Bila kita ada boyfriend, kita nak single. Bila kita dah single, kita nak boyfriend pulak? Vice versa.

Best friends are those whom we do not need to meet often, no need to contact frequently and not even need to express our love towards them. Yet they still know that they always have their place in our hearts no matter how far we are apart. As people's saying goes,
'Jauh di Mata, Dekat di Hati.'

Confession of a shopaholic (2)

NOTE: This is only for SHOPAHOLIC.
Tips from the girl with the green scarf.

#1 Do not walk in any shop...

Do not walk in any shop even if your intention is just to 'window shop'. Because eventually, it will end up like-- errr...window shopping much?...NOT! Pfft. Plus, even if you had your mindset ahead not to shop, trust me, that won't help either. :p


#2 Do not carry any cash...

Do not carry any cash or might as well do not put your money in your bank account. As long as you have the money, you will definitely find a way to make it gone. Hoho. Even when your heart says,

"Oh, I'll just bring extra cash. Just in case." or

"I'm going to take small amount of cash from the ATM. But I'll try to save up. If I don't buy anything, I'll put it back in the ATM. No big deal."

Like seriously? Because most of the time you will be like-- I just took few cash, now where did they gone too? WOOPSIE! Toooo late! Haha. That would obviously be no longer bringing cash for just-in-case because then it would be, gone, just-in-flash. LOL.

#3 Do not accompany anyone to shop or window shop...

Do not accompany your friend to shop or just to window shop with him/her. Even if your intention is veeeery generous, you just want to accompany your friend, and you like 'hey why not?.' Eventually, you will be dragged by your friend to join him/her to shop as well. And later, you finally find yourself like-- err...why on earth did I ever follow him/her?...YIKES! *Face palm*


#4 Make a list for things to buy?....

Nahhh.... Even if you make a list, you would end up buying things way beyond what you have listed. Sometimes, you would not even buy things you have listed pun. So, forget it! Hoho.


I know these tips aren't helpful. Ahah. It's a self-note though. Write it based on my experience. Reminds me of my sicking bad habit of shopping. But still, nahhh...not helping. Hihi.

So here are my cute little nephews. Aged 3. But they are sooo goooood when it comes to answering questions. Hehe. Kiut! :)

Mama told me about this;

SCENE 1
One fine day, in the car with my Mom, my Dad and their cousin- Akid, my 13-years-old nephew,

Mama: Dah call Mama belum bagitau nak datang rumah Tokki?
Twins: Abang Akid dah bagitau Pak Njang belum nak datang rumah Tokki?
(without answering my Mom's question. they asked Akid instead. amboi pandai mengelat)

SCENE 2
And so they called their mom.

Twins: Mama, abang Yan dengan Ami nak pergi rumah Tokki.
Sis-in-law: Okay. Nanti balik ye.
Twins: Tak balik. Tak balik. Mama kan esok kerja. (haha. tak pasal :p)

SCENE 3
Then they realized that there is a hole on top of my Dad's Mercedes. And so they asked,

Twins: Kenapa kereta Tokki ada lubang kat atas ni?
Mama: Nenek nak tanya, kereta Tokki ni buruk ke baru?
Twins: Kereta Tokki kereta sport.
(which is obviously not a sport car. and still, not answering Mama's question. pandai betul ambik hati kan. lol)

So effing adorable aren't they? They never fail to make me laugh :D

I went to play baseball at Batting Cage, One Utama. I paid for 5 tokens. And as I was going to the batting cage, I walked back to the staff in charge and asked him,

And he said, I've already given you.
And I was like... Really? Where did I put it?
He said, In your purse.
And so I checked. Ohhhhh yeah. *Face palm* Have you given me the change of RM5.00?
Yes. Its in your purse too.
I checked, took a piece of RM5.00 in my purse, showed him and asked, Is this the change you gave me?
And he said, YES. *Double face palm* ;P

Man in my life (Intro)

As I was going through my older post, I came across my post where I had wrote that man should not put guidelines on what kind and types of girl they would want to live with. Not aware of it, I myself was actually doing the same thing. *Face palm*. I did not realize that I was putting guidelines for my Mr. Right.


The guidelines were as follows:

1. He must be in either first, Engineering line. Second Architecture. And third, Pilot perhaps. Not interested with the same line -Accountancy. :P
   
2. 'Jambu' looking guy. Fair skin. Tak kacak takpe. Asal kan sedap mata memandang. :P
   
3. Have a car. Neo or other luxurious car would be an added advantage. Lol. Bukan nak kata aku materialistic. Tapi at least kalau ada kereta senang la kan nak keluar. Tak kisah la kereta apa. Tak ada la aku yang perempuan ni nak kena ambil? *Dush dush*
   
4. Body mesti sedap dan mantap. Fit. Okay ni penting. :D *Berangan jap -sedapnya kalau peluk* ^_^
   
5. Good in sport especially futsal and football. Hooyeah! Tak kacak pun boleh jadi kacak ok. :P (Ni tak penting sangat. Optional)
6. Good in playing any instrument especially guitar. But I'm into drummers more actually. (This is too, just an option. Tak dapat? Ada aku kisah? :p)
7. Good in English. Well I don't think my English is good enough. And that's why I need someone who have better English than me. So he can be my walking dictionary. Hehe. Debaters are awesome choice. :)
   
8. Last but not least, okay this is tthe most important part. He must not be one of my friends. It means I would prefer to fall in love with a stranger, not totally but friend of friends would definitely be my preference for Mr. Right. It's just that I don't think I can ever fall in love with my friend. It seems so wrong and awkward and weird and... just not right for the way I see it.
   

So yeah, those were my Principe I've been holding all this while.
And then it hits me. Dang!
